About LIFT...
Lift Fitness is a dedicated personal training gym, and our goal is to help you reach your goals! We've been training all kinds of folks since Oct. 18th 2008 in our newly renovated, 2300 square foot private gym. We like to maintain a fun and easy-going environment, so you can have a place to come and really enjoy a good hard workout. And unlike most gyms, when you train at Lift you wont feel crowded or embarrassed by other people, because it's just you and us! That's just one of the many benefits that come with training in a personal gym.
Walk through our front doors and you'll find a variety of cardio machines, free-weights, weight machines, and punching bags. We've got everything you'd expect to find in any gym, and probably more.

We'll train anyone, regardless of age or current fitness level. Whether your goal is to shape up for football season or if you're looking for relief from your arthritis pain, it's our job to help you succeed, and we've got the know-how and the equipment to do just that!
Personal Training
Ok, so you've decided it's time to get fit. Now what?
It can be a challenge just to find a starting point! Many people feel uncomfortable in a crowded gym, and hey, we don't blame them. The weight machines can be confusing, and it takes a real time investment to figure out which free-weight exercises you should do (not to mention how dangerous it can be if you don't use the correct weight and technique!). All in all, the gym can be a hazardous and embarrassing place if you're not sure what you're doing.
At Lift, we'll save you the risk of injury to both your body and your ego! We'll teach you the exercises that relate best to the results you want to achieve, and how to execute proper form when doing them.
Maybe you've had a long day, and don't feel up to the task of remembering what you should and shouldn't be doing on the gym floor? This can be enough to discourage most people, often to the point that they skip the workout they had been previously looking forward to. That won't happen at Lift, because we're here to guide you through it, step by step! It's amazing what a little motivation can achieve!
Small Group Training
Are you and a few close friends looking for a way to get into better shape, but don't want to get lost in a large group fitness class?
Our smallgroup training sessions are the answer. Not only is this the most affordable of our training options, but it can be the most enjoyable too! We'll take you and your friends through a fitness program designed for each of your personal needs, and we'll do it in a fun and exciting way. A little on the shy side? Remember, you're with friends here!
We'll take you through weight training and cardio, guiding you to proper (and safe) form and technique. Hey, a workout can be much more enjoyable when you have a few friends to laugh along with, and the more fun you have, the more often you'll want to work out!
Yet another benefit about working out in a small group is that when you have a question about something, you'll get an answer right then and there; something large classes cant always offer. It's all about that personal touch!
Boxing Fitness Training
Have you ever had the chance to let loose on a punching bag before? I mean, really let it all out? Talk about a great stress reliever!
You supply the will and determination, and we'll supply the equipment and direction. There really is nothing like a full body, boxing workout. From the weight training and cardio to the incredible satisfaction you get from hammering a full size leather bag, this is a workout you'll definitely want to give a try!
You'll leave each session tired, but relaxed and de-stressed. Once you've rested up you won't be able to wait for your next session! Trust us!
As a bonus, anyone who books training sessions at Lift Fitness is welcome to come by between sessions for free use of our cardio equipment! Just gives us a call first to let us know you're coming by!

We offer free consulting for anyone interested in personal fitness training. As part of the initial consultation, we go over your personal goals, whether it be muscle gain, overall fitness stamina, or weight loss, and we help narrow down a realistic timeline and program intensity required to meet those goals.
We perform an overall fitness assessment for clients who book training sessions. We determine your body fat percentage, resting heart rate, and strength and aerobic fitness. Doing this helps us determine your overall fitness level, so we can more efficiently create a program to suit your specific goals and capabilities.

Operating hours by Appointment
Since we are strictly a personal training gym, we do our best to meet our clients' schedules. Sometimes this means waking up at the crack of dawn for an early session, or training late into the night.
Our session times are purely by appointment.
